First step towards Europe-wide hydrogen training scheme

Hydrogen as a fuel is on the rise. TÜV SÜD Akademie won a call by the European Commission and is now working with five partners to develop a scheme for providing training courses and information material in this field across Europe. The training courses and information materials target staff of public bodies involved in the licensing of hydrogen plants and of hydrogen plant owners, aiming to establish a standardized level of knowledge and ensure safe handling of this modern technology. The website www.hyfacts.eu is now online and offers initial information on the subject. But that's not all. In addition, TÜV SÜD Akademie has already been offering training courses in this area.
