The Turin Charter, which entered into effect a few days ago, introduces the first internationally standardised recommendations on the treatment of historic vehicles. While welcoming the cross-boundary protection of these four-wheeled cultural assets, TÜV SÜD fears certain problems in practice, for example in the fields of restoration and safety. The Turin Charter is one of TÜV SÜD's focal topics at the Retro Classics, the trade show for classic cars, which will be held in Stuttgart from 7 to 10 March.
