2011 Corporate Health Awards presented in Frankfurt am Main for the healthiest companies in Germany

Under the patronage of the German Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs and the New Quality of Work Initiative (Initiative Neue Qualität der Arbeit, INQA), the German business magazine Handelsblatt, TÜV SÜD Life Service and EuPD Research today present the healthiest companies in Germany with an award. Supported by Techniker Krankenkasse, one of the public health insurance schemes of Germany, the yearly Corporate Health Awards go to companies that show exemplary commitment to the health and performance of their staff and, by doing so, raise the bar for these activities throughout Germany.

The 2011 Corporate Health Award is presented in eight categories for specific sectors and three special categories. The award-winners are selected in a multi-stage process by experts in the field. In 2011, 237 companies – mostly big corporations and including numerous Dax 30 companies – competed for the Corporate Health Award. The presenter of the daytime specialist conference and the award ceremony in the evening will be doctor of medicine and journalist Dr Susanne Holst.
