Australia and New Zealand move to a new single compliance mark – RCM
The ACMA (Australian Communications and Media Authority) have announced that the three existing compliance marks (C-Tick, A-Tick and RCM) are being consolidated into a single compliance mark – the RCM. See the mark format below.
This move is intended to simplify the marking regulations, establishing a new database for all supplier registrations.
This change will come into effect from 1st July 2012. Current suppliers will have a 3 year transition period (until 30 June 2015) to register on the new database and start using the RCM
