Curbing fuel consumption is therefore one of the key parameters for improved efficiency and economic success. Given this, fuel consumption and carbon emissions are important criteria for Europe's leading field test of truck endurance, bestof9.eu. In the course of three years, nine trucks will cover a distance of over 3.24 million kilometres. TÜV SÜD supports this test as a technical partner. Consumption and carbon emissions will also be top themes of TÜV SÜD's premiere at the IAA Commercial Vehicles, held in Hanover between 20 and 27 September.
