If I want to change the name of a product do I need another Certificate?

If you as Certificate holder wish to market the product under an additional name citing the same Manufacturer then you may add this name to the existing Module B Certificate; An updated Certificate of Conformity would be needed listing the additional product name.

Where either the holder or Manufacturer differ a new “Brandname/co-licence “ Certificate listing the new name would be required; possibly also requiring a new Module D if the Holder of the new B Certificate does not have one.
