If I’ve got a Certificate of Conformity (Approval) Do I have to re-test every time a standard changes?

Our Understanding is that since we issue a Type examination Certificate you can ship product complying with the listed standards for as long as the TEC is valid.

This view is reinforced by the statement related to modifications in Annex B clause 6. If a modification required re-examination to the latest version of standards then it would require a new Certificate with a new Expiry Date.
