TÜV SÜD: No standard speed limit in Europe for caravans 

Thanks to modern driver assistant systems, over 80 per cent of Germany's 570,000-plus caravans are permitted to drive at maximum speeds of 100 kilometres per hour on the country's motorways. Until they reach the border, that is; from then on, the mobile homes are governed by a bewildering array of different rules.
