From March onwards, transport and logistics companies that already calculate their carbon emissions are likely to be able to rely on a new guideline.The new EN 16258 standard which will then come into effect defines how greenhouse gas emissions in the transport sector will have to be determined in the future.Offering a broad range of third-party services, TÜV SÜD supports the industry in implementing this new standard.Also part of TÜV SÜD's service package is the BLUELOGICO tool, which calculates emissions according to the new rules and helps companies to cut their carbon emissions.
