TÜV SÜD will be responsible for safety when a total of 2,270 hp hit the road this week. In the 2012 Euro Truck Test, the special interest magazines VerkehrsRundschau and Trucker will compare modern EEV-standard-compliant semi-trailer trucks from five European manufacturers. Inspecting the vehicles before the test, TÜV SÜD ensures that all trucks are comparable and have identical starting conditions. By assuming the role of safety partner in the truck test, the service provider is further strengthening its commitment to the logistics industry and underpinning its claim to be the industry's leading third-party partner.
