Approval or homologation is required for most vehicle components and all whole vehicles without exception, from two-wheeled motor vehicles through to passenger cars, trucks, buses, tractors and trailers. At its new "Homologation" conference, which will premiere in Munich on 20 and 21 November, TÜV SÜD offers international experts a forum and platform for discussing the latest trends in, and requirements on, the subject. The conference has evoked considerable interest, with around 100 experts from industry, authorities and organizations registering for the event to be held at TÜV SÜD's Munich head office.
