The acquisition expands TÜV SÜD Rail's portfolio of consultancy, testing and certification services for rail systems and underlines its leading role as a partner in international rail projects. The divestment of its European rail activities is in line with DNV KEMA's renewed strategy, which focuses fully on energy and its sustainable use.
