As the technological systems in operation in buildings increase in complexity, building operators face liability risks and maintenance workloads that are growing in step. At the 2013 Expo Real, held in Munich from 7 to 9 October 2013, TÜV SÜD will present its standardised documentation system for controlling risks and costs in building services systems. Other focal topics at the company's stand (Hall C1, Stand 322) will include BREEAM DE certification and building carbon footprints.
