Is my equipment therefore classed as a Fixed Installation?

Fixed installations cannot be supplied. Only apparatus can be supplied as this takes into account systems too. The apparatus will be installed into a fixed installation. Your equipment will therefore need to meet the requirements for apparatus but information such as installation and maintenance guidance will also need to be supplied. Your EMC Technical Documentation will then be held by the Fixed Installations Responsible Person and contained within the site specific EMC Technical File.
