What is the current position of ""high power"" Bluetooth devices in respect of class 2 devices and EU harmony

In general Bluetooth devices are now harmonized in Europe with the exception of the outdoor use of “Higher Power” (above 10 mW) devices in France. Full European Harmonization is intended in 2012.
