This is just a reminder that on 14 March 2012, the current DMF/DMFu temporary ban under Decision 2011/135/EU will end.
Right now, the proposed DMF/DMFu restriction to be included in REACH Annex XVII has not been published. From 15 March 2012, the temporary ban will continue under the new legal text Decision 2012/48/EU.
This temporary ban will continue until 15 March 2013, unless the REACH publication happens before then.
